INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE

Cheese (Asiago cheese or Dobbiago Cheese), 17,5 Oz
Crudo Ham, 8,75 Oz
Salt & Pepper
Corn Flour, 4 Oz

PROCEDURE

1. (Half an hour before dinner) Cut the cheese into 10 thin slices.
2. Take two slices and put in the middle a bit of Ham sliced in a thin way.
3. Put the couples of cheese with ham in a bit of water and after cover them pieces with the Corn
Flour bread.
4. Now you have five pieces of stuffed cheese, you have only to grill them in a hot big pan. They will
be ready in 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
