Yogurt and peach gelato

INGREDIENTS PER 10 PEOPLE

cream, 3.5 fl. oz.
yogurt, 17.5 fl. oz.
sugar, 5 oz.
peaches, 2

PROCEDURE

Pour lightly whipped cream, sugar and yogurt into the gelato machine.
Let the gelato machine work for 30 minutes.
Add peaches, previously chopped.
Pour the gelato into glasses or molds, add the sticks of wood.
Leave in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.
A tasty snack suitable for adults and children, we can substitute peaches with all kinds of seasonal fruits.
