INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

coconut milk, 6,7 fl oz
soy milk, 6,7 fl oz
sugar, 1,7 oz
dark chocolate, 5,3 oz
cocoa powder, 0,90 oz

PROCEDURE

In a saucepan heat coconut and soy milk. Add the melted chocolate, sugar and sifted cocoa powder. Mix well and let it cool in fridge for some hours.
Pour the mix into the Gelato maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 40-45 minutes).
Pour the Gelato in freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
