milk, 8 fl oz
cream, 3.5 fl oz
walnuts, 3 oz
sugar, 3.5 oz
cocoa, 1 oz
coffe, 0.8 fl oz

PROCEDURE

Pour cream and cappuccino made with milk, sugar and coffee, dusted with cocoa powder, into the drum of the gelato machine.
Add finely chopped walnuts.
Let work for 30 minutes.
Let rest for 40 minutes in the freezer.
Tips for the presentation: Waffel just warmed, a tablespoon of apple and a few nuts.
