Honey gelato

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

milk, 10.5 fl oz
cream, 3.5 fl oz
sugar, 3 oz
honey, 1.7 oz

PROCEDURE

Beat together cream and sugar, pour into the gelato machine.
Add milk and operate the gelato machine.
After 10 minutes pour honey little by little.
Let the gelato machine work for 30 minutes, keep in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
The gelato flavor changes a lot, according to the type of honey you use: flower essences, chestnut, Lemon or Eucalipto.
Perfect for breakfast to enrich cereals.
