INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Sugar, 5,3 oz
Egg, 1
Cream, 3,5 oz
Milk, 3,5 oz
Hazelnuts, 1,8 oz
Peanuts, 1,8 oz
Walnuts, 1,8 oz

PROCEDURE

Mix the sugar with the egg using a whisk.
Reduce the nuts to a powder using a food processor.
Add the cream, milk and chickpeas flour and mix up.
Stir and pour slowly in the machine, previously cooled down in the freezer.
Wait for 30/40 min for your gelato to be ready.
