INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

whole milk, 16,9 fl oz
cream, 13,50 fl oz
almond paste, 5 oz
whole almonds, to decorate

PROCEDURE

In a saucepan heat milk and add the almond paste.
Mix well and let it cool in the fridge for few hours.
Add cream at the mix and pour it into the Gelato maker – previously cooled in the freezer – and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 40-45 minutes).
Serve it with intere almonds.
