cleaned strawberries, 7 oz
whole milk, 8,5 fl oz
sugar, 4,9 oz
nutella, 1,7 oz
PROCEDURE
Blend the strawberries with sugar. Then add the milk and mix well to dissolve the sugar.
Put into Gelataio basket.
The gelato will be ready in 30 minutes.
Add the nutella gradually. Leave the mix for 30 seconds.
Serve with strawberries.
