INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Whole Milk, 1 cup
Cream, 1/2 cup
Sugar, 1 cup
Ricotta Cheese, 1/2 cup
Candied Fruit, 1.8 oz

PROCEDURE

Whisk the ricotta cheese and the sugar.
Add the cream and the milk and stir.
Put the mixture into the gelato maker for 30 minutes.
When the gelato is ready, add the candied fruit it into the gelato and mix.
