INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

milk, 5 fl oz
cocoa, 1.2 oz
coffee, 1 fl oz
mascarpone, 5 oz
whipped Cream, 3.5 fl oz
Liquor Amaretto, 1.2 fl oz

PROCEDURE

Pour whipped cream, mascarpone cheese and milk into the cold gelato machine.
Let work for 10 minutes, then cold coffee and Amaretto liquor (which you can replace with any liquor you prefer).
Let work for 20 minutes
Let rest in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Pour the cream into cups and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
To recreate the classic Tiramisu, alternate the layers of soft gelato to cookies.
