INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Milk, 1 cup
Mascarpone, 1/2 cup
Cream, 1/2 cup
Espresso coffee, 1.8 oz
White sugar, 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE
Make the espresso coffe.
Combine milk, cream, mascarpone, sugar and coffee and mix them with hand blender.
When the mixture is cool, add lemon juice and mix.
Pour mixture into gelato maker.
Let it cool in the gelato machine.
The Gelato will be ready in about 40 minutes.
