Three chocolates Gelato

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

cream, 1,7 oz
whole milk, 8,5 fl oz
sugar, 3,5 oz
white chocolate chips, 1,7 oz
dark chocolate chips, 1,7 oz
milk chocolate, 1 oz
eggs yolks, 2

PROCEDURE

In a bowl, mix together milk, cream and half quantity of sugar.
Separately, beat the eggs yolks with the remaining sugar then, continuing to stir, blend in the milk mixture.
Put into Gelataio cylinder. 
Thirty minutes after, put the two type of chocolate drops in the ice-cream.
The gelato will be ready in 40 minutes.
Decorate with milk chocolate flakes.
