200 g of Mascarpone’s cheese
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
200 g of Savoiardi biscuits
For the cream, whip the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the Mascarpone cheese with a spatula, following the same direction while mixing. Whip the egg whites and add to the rest.
Boil the water with some lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey, vanilla essence, and use it to soak the Savoiardi biscuits. Place the first layer of biscuits with a layer of cream and fruit, repeat until the ingredients are finished.
Garnish with other fruits.
