INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

mascarpone cheese, 7 oz
eggs, 2
granulated sugar, 2 tbsp
savoiardi biscuits, 7 oz
fruits to your taste

PROCEDURE

For the cream: whip the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the Mascarpone with a spatula, following the same direction in mixing. Whip the whites of the eggs and add to the rest. Boil the water with some lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey, vanilla essence, and use it to soak the Savoiardi biscuits. Place the first layer of biscuits with a layer of cream and fruit, repeat until the ingredients are finished.
Garnish with fruits.
