Little focaccia bread with cherry tomatoes

INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

Flour, 5.29 oz
Dry yeast, half packet
Salt, half teaspoon
Cherry tomatoes, to taste
Herbs, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients after activating the dry yeast in warm water; add water to create a consistent dough.
Let rise for 1 hours and 30 minutes.
Shape into balls and place them on the baking tray with plenty of oil; form little focaccia bread.
Put the oil on the little focaccia bread, with cherry tomatoes, herbs and bake at 392°F degrees for about 30 minutes.
