Focaccia with stracchino and sausage

INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

Flour, 7.05 oz
Fresh brewer’s yeast, 1 portion
Salt, 1 teaspoon
Stracchino (crescenza), 5.29 oz
Sausage, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients after activating the fresh yeast in warm water; add water to create a solid, not too soft dough.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Transfer and roll out the dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with abundant oil; let it rise for about 1 hour.
After this time, put the sausage on the focaccia bread and bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and lay the stracchino cheese on it; then put back in the oven to let the cheese melt.
