INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
pork tenderloin, 28oz
mustard (medium or strong), 6 tbs
extravirgin olive oil, 1 tbs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Cover the meat with mustard.
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat BARBECUE 80X – Delonghi to medium heat, grease the grill with oil, then put the fillet on it. Cover it with an aluminum foil. Let it cook for about 15 min, then uncover. Turn the fillet and grill it on the other side. Serve hot.
