INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
pork fillet, 24,6 oz
figs, 18,75 oz
Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 4 tbsp
salt, a pinch
Turn on the grill De’Longhi at high temperature and with a brush oil the plate.
Bake the slices of fillet about four minutes on each side and season with salt.
Arrange on a platter and serve with sliced figs and Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
