Chicken’s fillet with plums and walnuts

INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

chicken breast slices, 21,16 oz
dried plums, 5,29 oz
walnuts, 3,52 oz
extra virgin olive oil, 1,05 oz
salt, to taste
Aged Aceto Balsamico di Modena, to taste

PROCEDURE

Turn on the grill De’Longhi and bring it to the highest temperature.
Grill the chicken slices for five minutes per side.
Cut the chicken into strips.
In a bowl, break the walnuts and plums and add the chicken fillets.
Season with salt and oil and serve with aged Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
