Figs and Parma ham

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

figs, 8
Parma ham, 3,5 oz (other high-quality raw ham)
a handful of rocket

PROCEDURE

Wash and clean the rocket.
After that, peel the figs and make a cross incision in the middle.
Roll up each fig in 2 slices of Parma ham.
Ease down the figs on a big platter, where you previuosly laid the rocket.
Serve immediately or keep in the fridge.
