INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

chickpea flour, 3 cups
water, 3 cups
extra virgin olive oil, 2,8 oz
salt, 1 tsp
rosemary

PROCEDURE

Put the water in a big bowl and gradually add the chickpea flour, mixing with whisk to obtain an homogeneous liquid.
Add oil and salt mixing the fluid.
Leave the mixture to stand for half an hour.
Turn on the oven to 428°F.
Oil a pan14/16 inches (15 inch) diameter.
Pour the mixture into the pan and strew with rosemary.
Put the pan in hot oven for 20 minutes (move carefully when you bake the pan).
Serve it hot,warm or cold it is always great.
