INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

wheat bran, 1,4 oz
pastry flour, 1 cup
eggs, 2
200 ml milk, 4/5 cup

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
In a large bowl combine eggs, flour, wheat bran, and milk.
Pour the cake batter into a round pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
