INGREDIENTS PER 7 PEOPLE

– Pastry flour, 7.0548oz
– Rice flour, 5.2911oz
– Vanilla bean, ½
– Baking powder , 0.35274oz
– Egg , 1
– Yolk, 1
– Orange zest , ½
– Lemon zest ,1
– Sugar, 5.2911oz
– Butter, 3.5274oz
– Milk, 1.6907us fl oz

PROCEDURE

Prepare the pastry kneading all the ingredients and cover the 28 cm (11,02 in.) diameter mold with greaseproof paper.

With the help of a spoon, apply a thin veil of jam, then sprinkle the surface with plentiful shelled pumpkin seeds.

Bake at 180/190 °C (356/374 °F) for about 30/35 minutes using conventional oven.
