INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE
beef steak, 7 oz
leaves of red radicchio, 4
mustard, 1 teaspoon
yogurt, 1 tablespoon
flake of salt, to taste
Cook on the hot electric grill DeLonghi the whole beef steak.
When it will be cooked on each side cut it into regular cubes.
Cut the red radicchio leaves into julienne strips.
In a bowl mix the mustard with the yogurt and then put a layer of sauce in a dish.
Put the beef cubes on the sauce and complete with the flake of salt.
