squid rings, 14 oz
Wash the squid rings and dry them well in a strainer. Put them in a bowl, drizzle them with salt, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and mix well. Then add the breadcrumbs and stir well. Line the breaded rings on a sheet of baking paper over a baking pan and cook them in the oven at 180°C for about 15 mins turning them halfway through the cooking. They should look golden and so nice.
