Croutons with smoked salmon and truffle shavings

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

wholemeal bread, 1 baguette
smoked salmon, 7 oz
truffle shavings
cream cheese

PROCEDURE

Take the baguette, cut it into about 10 croutons and baked the bread slices for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the truffle shavings.
When the bread is baked spread the cream cheese with truffles on the slices of bread and
cover with a lot of Smoked salmon . Put the croutons in a hot pan greased with oil, cover all
the croutons with a lid and finished cooking.
Bring to the table hot crostini as finger food appetizer or delicious appetizer!
