INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

Bread, 7 oz
Sprouts, 1.7 oz
Anchovies, 0.7 oz
Extra virgin olive oil, 0.7 oz

PROCEDURE

Cut the bread into 8 slices.
Season the sprouts with extra virgin olive oil.
Stir the ingredients untile you get an homogeneous mixture, then lay the bread slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 392°F, turned on gratin mode.
Lay bread slices on a platter, top them with seasoned sprouts and anchovies and serve.
