INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

linguine, 17 oz (spaghetti, 17 oz)
breadcrumbs, 1,7 oz
anchovies in oil, 6-7
capers, 2 tbsp
parsley
chilli
garlic, 3 cloves
oil and pepper

PROCEDURE

Crush the garlic, put it in a pan with the red pepper and olive oil and let fry for a few minutes. Add anchovies and let them melt, add capers previously rinsed and finally (with the heat off) add parsley. In a pan add a little of olive oil and bread crumbs and toast for a few minutes until it gets a nice golden color. Finish cooking the linguine in the pan with the cooking water, stir and cook until creamy. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs, which will give the crispy taste to your dish!
