INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE

cream, 5,2 oz
milk, 6,7 fl oz
sugar, 5,2 oz
eggs yolks, 3,5 oz
fresh ginger, 1 oz

PROCEDURE

Place the milk, cream, 1,7 oz of sugar and ginger in a bowl and mix.
Separately, beat the egg talks with the remain sugar.
