Confit tomatoes

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

cherry tomatoes, 17 oz
sugar, 2 tsp
oil e.v.o. q.b.
salt q.b.
dill
mint
pepper

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven to 356° F.
Take all the tomatoes in half and arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with the cut end facing up. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with dill, mint and sugar and finally with a little oil. Bake for 45 minutes at 356 degrees in oven.
