Cioccolatino cake

INGREDIENTS PER 14 PEOPLE

For a 11 inch round cake pan:
dark chocolate, 7 oz
butter, 1 stick 6 tbsp
sugar, 1+1/4 cup
eggs, 5
pastry flour, 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE

Preheat the oven at 375°F.
Waterbath chocolate and butter, add sugar and let it lose heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, (mix with wooden spoon) and in the end add the flour.
Blend everything and pour in a baking pan with baking paper.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375°F.
The cake has to remain soft in the inside, and it’s perfect also after one day.
