INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
Carasau bread, 7 oz
arugula, 5 oz
burrata cheese, 3,5 oz
peanut oil, to taste
Preheat oil at 360°F, meanwhile break Crasau bread into pieces.
Fry them in deep peanut oil for a few seconds. Remove from oil when golden.
Add a pinch of salt to each piece.
Season with fresh arugula, a few slices of tomato and a bit of fresh burrata cheese.
