INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

Dark chocolate (minimum 75%), 3 Oz
Flour, 3 Oz
Cane sugar, 5 Oz
Eggs, 3
Butter, 1,8 Oz
A pinch of Salt
A spoon Icing sugar

PROCEDURE

Turn the oven to 320°F (160°C).
Melt chocolate and butter over a bain-marie in a heatproof bowl.
Mix eggs with sugar in a big bowl.
Pour the flour, a pinch of salt and mix the chocolate cream.
Move the mixture for two minutes and then pour it into a buttered pan of 30 cm.
Put the pan in hot oven for 20 minutes.
Taste the cake with a toothpick to obtain a chocolate heart.
