INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbs
salt 1/2 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
Peel the potatoes and rinse them under cold water.
Slice the potatoes into very thin.
Preheat the BARBECUE 60X – De’Longhi to maximum temperature
Add some oil and simply grate the potatoes until they are crispy.
Season with salt and paprika.
