INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

Chestnut Flour, 20 Oz
Milk, 13 Oz
Cane Sugar, 1 Oz
Sultana Raisins, 2 Oz
Shelled Walnuts, 2 OZ
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 Spoons
Water, 2 Glasses
Rosemary
Salt

PROCEDURE

Soak the sultana raisins in tepid water.
Turn the oven to 360°F (180°C).
In a big bowl sift chestnut flour.
Pour the milk and 2 glasses of water mixing with a hand whisk, to obtain a liquid mixture.
Add sugar, sultana raisins, 4 spoons of EVO and a pinch of salt, mixing all.
Oil the 35 cm pan.
Pour the mixture into the pan, add mince walnuts, rosemary and 1 oil spoon.
Put the pan in hot oven for 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
