Cake with Walnuts and Gorgonzola

INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE

Plain yogurt, 3,3 Oz

Butter, 2,8 Oz

Eggs, 2

Milk, 8,3 Oz

Flour, 15, 3 Oz

Baking powder, 1 Teaspoon

Salt, 1 Teaspoon

Walnuts, 2,3 Oz

Gorgonzola, 5,3 Oz

Grated pecorino romano

PROCEDURE

Mix eggs with plain yogurt, melted butter, milk, grated pecorino romano, flour with the baking powder and the mixture sale.
Combine coarsely chopped walnuts and gorgonzola cheese into cubes.

Grease a ring mold and pour the mixture.

Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
