Buffalo mozzarella in zucchini

INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

mozzarella cheese, 11,3 oz
basil
round zucchini, 8 medium

PROCEDURE

Cut the zucchini’s top and steam the zucchini for 6 minutes.
Place the steamed zucchini in a serving dish and excavate them with a teaspoon.
Cut the mozzarella.
Fill the zucchini with mozzarella and decorate with fresh basil.
