INGREDIENTS PER 30 PEOPLE

Flour, 12,3 oz
Butter, 1.7 oz
Sugar, 3.5 oz
Eggs, 2
Milk, 4.2 fl oz
Cream of tartar, 0.4 oz
Baking soda, 0.2 oz

PROCEDURE

In a saucepan mix together flour and sugar, then add the softened butter, milk, eggs and the backing agents.
Knead the dough, then roll to create two cylinders.
Bake cylinders at 356°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown, on ventilated mode.
Take the two dough cylinders out of the oven and cut them in slices.
Bake biscuits for 10 minutes.
Take biscuits out of the oven.
Eat at room temperature.
