INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

Pastry flour, 5 cups
butter, 8,8 oz
sugar, 2+1/4 cup
eggs, 4
baking powder, ½ teaspoon
some grated lemon zest
chocolate bars, 2
salt, 1 pinch
cookie cutters

PROCEDURE

Knead flour and butter; after that, add sugar, eggs and the other ingredients. Keep kneading. Take different cookie cutters and carve all the dough; lay the cookies in a baking tray covered with parchment paper and cook them in the oven at 170°-180° until they will be golden. Melt the chocolate, in bain marie way, and when the cookies are cold, dip them into it. Let the cookies dry in a cold room (not in the fridge).
