lemon, 1
mandarin orange, 1
pink pepper
rosemary
parsley

PROCEDURE

Make the marinade: squeeze both lemon and mandarin orange, add pink pepper, chopped rosemary and parsley. Marinate the fish for at least 20-30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven to 390°F for 20 minutes, with the leftover liquid.
