INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE
Cooked prawns, 5,3 oz
Puff pastry, 1 roll
Shell the prawns, peel and cook the asparagus for few minutes until they get tender.
Unroll the puff pastry on your worktop and cut out 15 rectangles.
Put an asparagus and a prawn over each rectangle, then roll the pastry inwards.
Cook for about 15 minutes in a hot oven at 392F. Serve warm.
