Apple cake without butter

INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE

eggs, 3
sugar, 2 cups
cake flour 00, 3 cups
vegetable oil, 1 cup
milk, 1 cup
zest of 1 lemon
apple, 1
1 packet of yeast

PROCEDURE

The planetary whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the lemon zest.
Combine the flour alternating it to the milk and oil seeds. Preheat oven to 360°F and line the pan with parchment paper.
Finally, add the yeast mixture and part thinly slice the peeled apple.
Pour the mixture into the pan and garnish with apple.
Bake for 40 min.
