Onion rings

INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

onions, 4
pastry flour, 1 cup
bread crumbs, 1,5 cup
mineral water, to taste
salt, to taste
peanut oil, to taste

PROCEDURE

Cut the onions into rings, of about half a centimeter, meanwhile pre-heat oil at 375°F.
Using a whisk, stir flour with sparkling water and salt.
Dip the onion rings into the batter and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep peanut oil for 4/5 minutes, until golden.
