It was concluded with a great success the project 100per100 Italian in Parma, the Italian date of the tour dedicated to Made in Italy. Four days of performance, show cooking and meetings realized during the 18th edition of CIBUS.
A sincere thanks to Maria Nava Rondolino, Cucina Mancina and Antonella Michelotti, e Chef Diego Bongiovanni, Chef Andy Luotto, Chef Massimiliano Contegiacomo, Chef Davide Scabin for their performance of Italians Do It Better; they have shown us some of Italian cuisine.
We also want to thank the ALMA – Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana staff for the valuable contribution for the 100per100 Italian Gala.
