I Love Italian Food is glad to present the 100per100 italian Academy, an itinerant masterclass on the products, the techniques, and the secrets of 100% italian cuisine, only for professionals of the food sector abroad.
The episode zero of this project will be held in Dubai on February 23rd and the protagonist will be the Fresh Pasta told by a guest star, Chef Francesco Guarracino.
An audience composed of selected Chefs and professionals of the food sector will attend a class specifically focused on the real Italian Fresh Pasta.
