INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE

Spaghetti , 12 Oz
Swordfish , 10 Oz
Tomatoes ,7 Oz
Black olives , 1,7 Oz
Extra virgin olive oil , 4 tablespoons
Pepper, to taste
Garlic , 1 clove ( to perfume )
Salt
Parsley , 1 sprig

PROCEDURE

Remove the swordfish skin and any remaining bone, then dice it.

Heat a pan on the stove with oil, garlic and chilli. When the garlic gets brown, remove it and add tomatoes, olives, fish and salt, then cook for 8-10 minutes .

Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water, drain a few minutes before the end of cooking, setting aside a bit of cooking water.

Pour pasta in the swordfish sauce, gradually add the cooking water that you set aside and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately .
