Puff Pastry Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

puff pastry roll, 1
apple, 1

powdered sugar, q.b.

PROCEDURE

Spread puff pastry and wash, peel and cut the apples into thin wedges. Cut the puff pastry and lay the apple slices on it, leaving plenty of space around the edges, so when cooking the apple liquid does not come out from the pie. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Lay the pie on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper and add the apple slices. Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Once baked eat them warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream.
