Salamelle on leek cream

INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

leeks, one half
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
sugar, half a spoon
white wine, 2 spoons
salamelle sausages, 4

PROCEDURE

Clean and cut leeks into thin stripes.
In a pan on the fire put oil, leeks, salt, pepper, wine and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime open each salamella into 2 parts and cook on Contact Grill De Longhi for 20 minutes.
Whisk the leeks in order to obtain a cream.
Serve salamelle with leeks’ cream.
