Pie with artichokes and smoked caciotta

INGREDIENTS PER 12 PEOPLE

For a 11′ diameter round baking tray:
puff pastry, 1 roll of
diced artichokes, 14 oz
4 eggs, 4
cream, 1 cup
diced smoked caciotta cheese, 2,8 oz
salt and pepper as needed

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven to 356ยฐ.
In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper and add the cream.
Add the artichokes and stir gently and then add the diced smoked caciotta.
Roll out the pastry directly into the pan with its parchment paper, pour the cake batter and bake for 40 min.
