Beer and Gorgonzola Cheese Risotto

INGREDIENTS PER 3 PEOPLE

Carnaroli Rice , 5.2911 oz

Vegetable hot broth, 33.814 fl oz

Extra virgin olive oil, 0.17 fl oz
Salt
Gorgonzola Cheese , 4.2328 oz.
Dark beer, 5.7484 fl oz
Chopped Onion, 1/2

PROCEDURE

Mince thinly the onion and then sauté it within the extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes. Add rice and toast it a it for 3-4- minutes.
Continue cooking by adding vegetable broth whenever needed.
When nearly cooked, add Gorgonzola cheese, met it, pour dark beer and simmer with it.
